Finding Wifi Password in Windows 10 | Notes
For this method, you will need a file manager, which has root explorer capabilities. So, if you don’t have one, you can download RootBrowser or Mixplorer. Here we used Root Browser to get the saved Wifi password.

Requirements:-

  1. An Android Device Running on Android 5.0 or above.
  2. Device must be rooted by using magisk or supersu.
  3. A file manager having root explorer capabilities.

Step-1

  • Open the file manager app
  • Click on "/" it will lead u to the root of the storage.
  •  Go to “data/misc/wifi” folder.

  • You must have a root manager app like SuperSU or Magisk installed if u are rooted.
  • Now the root manager app  will prompt you to grant the file manager root access when you open the data folder. Select “Grant” and navigate to the folder.

  • In the wifi folder, you’ll find a text file named “wpa_supplicant.conf“.
  • Open the file through a text editor app.
  • Most file manager apps come with built-in text editor apps, so you will face no problems while opening it.
  • The file will contain the details of your current WiFi networks and the networks you’ve connected to the in the past in the following format:
network={
ssid=”Name of the WiFi Network”
psk=”password of the wifi network”
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
priority=
}
  • Here, "psk" contains the password of the wifi network & ssid contains the name of the wifi network.
